The free grant offers a total of $30,000 in services, delivered by Retensa, to companies providing green services, creating green energy, and developing green products or food to foster environmentally friendly practices. The service awards enable organizations to grow in the green industry by implementing talent management best practices and rewarding development programs throughout the Employee Life Cycle.

Retensa recognizes that different sized companies have different sized needs. For that reason, the Retensa Green Grant offers three categories of service grants. Grants will be awarded to a small, medium, and large sized company who meet the eligibility criteria and demonstrate the greatest green impact. Eligible companies must be US-based, have at least ten employees, have been in operation for at least two years, and generate a majority of its revenue from green energy, products, or services.
