- Local Law 87 (Mandated Energy Audits and Retro-Commissioning)
- Local Law 84 (Benchmarking - Filing Deadline May 1, 2012)

Many buildings are required by new NYC Local Laws to carry out energy saving upgrades. Whether your building must convert from No 6 fuel oil to a cleaner fuel (Local Law 43), perform an energy audit (Local Law 87), or file a benchmarking report by May 1, 2012 (Local Law 84), you'll need a roadmap for the sourcing of all available funding and practical financing options. Understand how you can use your energy savings spread to finance your energy saving retrofits. This free seminar will explain realistic financing solutions that can use your energy savings to repay your equipment loans - valuable for any commercial or multi-family building owner.
